Hi guys, jut dropping a piece here that was asked by IGN: @Lefrom , I'm really wishing to stay on top of creating build as best as I can (While you have fun of course)
I was given the challenge, "To make an energy storm build.":

I slightly feel this could definitely be better. I wanted to make the build an all-rounder with AoED, but I know Electric form would make Electric/particle damage amazing as it is indeed based on energy. Alas, I know the fire and ice portion will fall off heavily only to be used for Clinging flames and Chill applicators.

Energy Storm for PvE? Meh. It'll be gimmicky and not great, despite all the setup. Doesn't help that the +10% dmg per target buff from Consume Energy is also in the early/passive layer (so for a dps its more like a 5-12% dps boost w/ 3-5 targets hit), so even taking advantage of that isn't a grand prospect. I wouldn't really bother w/ the ult at all in PvE, tbh. Even the Force debuff is dubious since it takes using a Containment Field (which lowers the dmg the target takes and doesn't work on Cosmics or OVs).
