Uses Force Blast and Geyser to build up energy, and uses FC when energy is plentiful. The blast can buff FC via Preemptive Strike, though if you want a more defensive setup, you can always use Guardicator for specs. Crushing Wave isn't great, but its a cheap AoE alternative to FC. Could always use an AoE from a diff powerset, if theme permits. Last 2 powers can be w/e. Gears mostly for Int and Con here.
Until they come around to giving Force its own EU (based on knocks?) MSA + Force Geyser is your best bet for building energy. Of course, Int as PSS helps build energy through MSA and Concentration and helps lower the cost of FC.
Force Cascade turn off your passive ? So Quarry ? If I understand it correctly, or does it turn off the energy you gain ?
Force Cascade disables your Energy Form. All of the elemental offensive passives (Electric, Fire, Ice, Wind and even Force) count as energy forms so if you were to use Force Cascade you would be without any passive for a while. Quarry on the other hand is not an Energy Form but still buffs physical damage and scales nicely with Intelligence, making it perfect for a Force Cascade build.
Also worth bearing in mind that Ego Surge is an energy form so you won't be able to use it like a typical AO if you decide to spam Force Cascade. I'm wondering if something like Lock'n'Load would be better for the build, but I've not personally had any experience with the Force powerset.
Ego Surge itself is an energy form, but Nimble Mind is a separate buff that isn't classed as an EF. So, although LnL is fine for its cost reduction, smaller crit boost, and not counting as an EF, I'd prob still recommend ES/NM just cause you can get one cheap FC by consuming the baseline buff, but retain the buff that matters more (NM).
