Mind Control could use some Dev love

So I've been playing around with Mind Control. It's definitely fun to use but I can understand the criticism and agree with it. Mind Control could really use a boost.
1) Fix Mind Control to work on all Henchmen and Villains. If anyone's ever going to use this power, it needs to at a minimum, work reliably against all henchmen and villain level mobs.
2) It would be really nice if rank 3 could allow the power to work against master villains...
3) Mind Control really should have a built-in secondary effect against those that are immune to corrupt. Otherwise, Mind Control is useless for a good deal of content. The current 2 point advantage to apply Disorient is too much of a trade-off over taking rank 3 of the power.
4) It would also be nice if Mind Control worked on summoned pets, like the Psionic Echoes Medusa summons.
