Mission Rewards at Level 40

Been suggested before, but I will suggest again: when a character is level 40, replace the xp award for regular missions with some amount of resources, or even UNTIL currency.

For instance, if a mission awards 5,000 xp, a level 40 character could instead earn 1 G or 1 UNTIL recog. I think 5,000 to one is a good ratio. The highest level missions award around 18-20,000 xp, so they would give around 4 G or 4 UNTIL recog in this system.

Would give folks a reason to leave RenCen at max level, and help content get a fresh look.

Well, one thing I'd like to see them do is to make story mission rewards get level 40 stamped on them when you get them at level 40. That way they'd be less crappy. As-is the items have the stats of whatever level the mission is, but no listed level.... also, except for adventure pack items, you simply can't get most of them at level 40.
