Launcher not patching

Champions Online launcher starts then gets stuck on Patching - cannot cancel, this is also happening with STO and Neverwinter - same issue with the launchers.

I've tried several solutions involving the "Options" settings and a modem reboot - all with no success.

Any clues as to how to remedy this issue?

looks like it was a Launcher problem after all - logged in just now and got a mini launcher update before the main menu came up - Neverwinter is now patching - will try others once this finishes *crosses fingers*
