blackmass

Aqua mainly uses water as her power but since water doesn't exist in CO I opted for Ice, electricity, and wind.
She can take a bit of punishment but also dish it out tenfold, it is a majority dps build with a dash of defense.

Took Wall of Ice mainly because i always liked it and as a bonus it looked more like water than ice when i would see it.
Icy Embrace(nothing else fit XD) but not sure how efficient it will be wondering if my energy builder, Wall of Ice, and hurricane will be suffice to maximise it's effect.
Just threw force shield in a random slot but it was a block I wanted
Would like some help on filing in the blanks and also if I'm missing anything with the powers already i with effects or w/e.

Just switched out WoWisp for Gig and FB for LArc, or maybe I place Gig as my last power (I could just move around the last couple powers) and put something like Whirlwind, Ice Burst, or Frost/Wind Breath in the WoWisp slot.

LArc is good single-target dps, though ideally you want Negative Ions for 20% more dps form it. It'll be costly to put up NI w/ Gigabolt (and/or potentially annoying if relying on Hurricane's adv for NI). It may have energy issues sometimes, but I guess it could work out.

I feel yah flow kinda just scrapped Gigabolt altogether and decided to go with something else instead something like this...

It was either Typhoon, or Avalanche, or maybe Lightning Storm but leaning on Typhoon w/adv.

iirc, Typhoon does not apply NI (that special adv simply uses any NI you've applied otherwise), but I guess you can just settle on using LArc w/o NI's boost most of the times (as long as its not also giving you energy issues). In truth, I dun really think something like LArc would fit for a water-based aesthetic, but it is tough to pass up its dps (and its not my concept to begin with, so eh).

Yea nothing really does fit lol, It is pretty much just a Weather build since like you said nothing fits the water aesthetic, It doesnt even exist XD.
