A use for XP after hitting 40 (Supergroup bonuses, bases, Developing Lairs, etc.)

XP earned after level 40 is such a waste. A player certainly would not take missions given that the rewards are usually XP. Grab Alerts become a tedious. And given that Qlipothic is a level 40 only map, the XP gained there (moderately high as it is), goes nowhere.

One option is Supergroups getting unique bonuses or traits. Even older MMOs like Ragnarok Online had this. XPs that get funneled or turned into a new currency called "Loyalty" that allows the Supergroup unlock new stuff (Maybe unique uniforms, symbols, passive bonuses when 2 or more members are in the same team, etc).

On that note, Supergroups with Superbases could be another option. The Superbase could generate resources or tokens or consumables, have the Supergroup Bank accessible from the Superbase.

Related to this, another option is to have that XP be funneled to unlock new things in one's Lair. Trophies, for instance. Or maybe sidekicks that get unlocked (creating temporary summon devices).

Monetizing this so that Zen is required at some point is easy enough to conceptualize once such a system is in place.
