Boxer type superheroes have been around since the Golden Age with DC Comics' Wildcat and The original Atom being a couple examples. Kickboxers would also fall under this, such as Batroc the Leaper or even Captain America. The game, currently, represents the brawler/scrapper and the mystical martial artists well enough, but there's not an exact framework for an unarmed fighter skilled in the "sweet science".
The Might powerset offers some, but they're more like Street brawling in nature. Likewise, the Martial Arts set offers a few options, but the mid-higher end powers are too mystical.
The Boxing/Pugilist powerset would be about quick jabs as energy builders; body blows, jawbreakers, hooks, crosses, feints, clinching, weaving making up the bulk of the attack and defense powers (perhaps shin kicks, knee flurries, sweeping kicks, and the like for the kickboxing aspect); building heart, stamina, and determination would round out the powerset (something akin to but weaker than Grond's Fury, where the Boxer takes more damage but also increases his damage which then resets itself after it reaches a certain threshold which also unlocks other effects like boosting the duration of a debuff of an attack); STR, DEX, CON, REC are the ideal SS (perhaps END and EGO; thematically accurate, but there'd have to be some benefit for not choosing STR, for example). Debuffs like Stun, Disorient, Stagger, fit well.
