Where and how does one find costume pieces for ice and electric costumes.

Either or will do any recommendations would be great thanks all:) I am opened to zen store options but id rather buy some more travel powers first.

ice costume peices are in Q store.
electric- no specific costumes but you have electric hoverboard and electric aura(legacy)​​

Well basicaly at this point anything like this, any ice form will do for now I just cant stand any of the default stuff for an ice themed character atm.

look for the legacy ice form aura and the ice sheathe aura. first you can get as your one freebie from the Legacy vendor in the PH​​
