Adding Dark Speed to the Silver Champions Recognition vendor.

Its a fairly rare device, and I know a lot of people never had a lot of luck trying to obtain it, so why not just give the option for a T3 Dark speed device to be available for SCR? Of course, I can see it being priced higher than the rest of the devices seeing you an actually still get it in game via Resistance, so instead of the usual 350, I think a fair price for it would be 500.

l would rather love to have Hyper Ball or some other R3 speed device without black flames, that utterly cover character, black trail and constant rattle while moving.
