Buffing everything to stupid high levels and nerfing everything to piss poor levels yields the same results, but not the same community reactions.

    Looks okay for a debuffing build w/ some control. The holds are okay, though singe-target only and will take some wind-up to trigger. Dps prob also won't be that good here, but I suppose that's not a priority. The build also doesn't have much in the way of self-heals.

    iirc, R2 + special adv on Hex makes it no longer proc Manip, which is a pretty dumb bug.

    Odd..I'd still like to keep for another root, good to know it's a sound CC and debuff build though! :)B)
