Hi guys,
I like the DB powers and anims and I would like to build a DB tank.
Here is what I've came up with but I'm really not sure about its efficiency?
Any feedback, suggestions please?

Super Stats:
Level 6: Constitution (Primary)
Level 10: Dexterity (Secondary)
Level 15: Strength (Secondary)

Talents:
Level 1: The Master
Level 6: Acrobat
Level 9: Martial Focus
Level 12: Physical Conditioning
Level 15: Covert Ops Training
Level 18: Shrug It Off
Level 21: Finesse

Powers:
Level 1: Boomerang Toss
Level 1: Blade Tempest (Rank 2, Crashing Crescendo, Challenging Strikes)
Level 6: Lightning Reflexes (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 8: Void Shift (Emerging Nightmares, Nailed to the Ground)
Level 11: Storm's Harvest (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 14: Eye of the Storm (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 17: Form of the Tempest
Level 20: Crashing Wave Kick (Subtlety of the Tides, Crippling Challenge)
Level 23: Bountiful Chi Resurgence (Rank 2, Resurgent Reiki)
Level 26: Masterful Dodge
Level 29: Telekinetic Shield (Telekinetic Reinforcement)
Level 32: Dragon's Wrath (Rank 2)
Level 35: Molecular Self-Assembly
Level 38: Resurgence

Travel Powers:
Level 6: Swinging (Flippin')
Level 35: Flight (Rank 2)

Specializations:
Constitution: Fuel My Fire (3/3)
Constitution: Resilient (2/2)
Constitution: Quick Healing (1/3)
Constitution: Adrenaline Rush (2/2)
Constitution: Armored (2/2)
Warden: Fortified Gear (2/3)
Warden: Slaughter (3/3)
Warden: Elusive (2/2)
Warden: The Best Defense (3/3)
Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
Vindicator: Focused Strikes (2/3)
Vindicator: Mass Destruction (3/3)
Mastery: Warden Mastery (1/1)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

I threw in MSA to have a better energy management but I'm not sure it'll proc well with this build?
Resurgence should synergy well as the "oh****" AD?

if you insist on tanking, why not try Form of the Master? could try it with Adv, and I may also suggest trying Protector Spec tree for Bulwark and Resolute, could also replace MSA for Conviction and Block for Fluidity + Adv to bolster Dodge.
Want to get to know me a bit better, Click me and take a read of My Dragon Profile Page, it's a bit dated but still relevant.

I take this quote from a review that I agree with.

"customisation is so linear; everyone is after the optimal dps:survivability ratio with 0 reliance on other players = autonomous gameplay... Players don't need each other anymore... which in my opinion is a bad thing."

    Thank you :)

Yes I'm curious about this new block Fluidity but 3 points for the adv? I would have to lower BCR which is my only active heal or Storm's Harvest or Dragon's Wrath and I would deal less damages so I'm not sure it would be better? Also I would have to block actively at least 2 sec to proc Fluidity adv. :/

with My Crashing Crescendo adv On Blade's Tempest, I guess I can switch Vindicator for Protector?
I'm not sure about switching MSA for Conviction? Fuel my Fire is good but I have no talent in End. I also have no spec to lower my powers' cost so Fuel my Fire is my best option in this build but it's not going to be enough. I've not tried yet this build but I think I'll have some energy issue without an Energy Unlock?

Dragon Wraith with MA Form to engage in Rush(Energy over Time depending on your Focus Stacks and Melee Cost Discount while active.), Tanking with FoTM will allow you to stack automatically when you dodge and since you're going Dodge build, should be lil problem if you take a bit of time to setup, I found that using EoTS and Fluidity +Adv works well enough, Damage shield, then block for adv then attack again, use BCR with Adv and you should be quite tanky, I've got a similar Dodge Build that has solo'ed Vik. :3 but he uses DEX prime with Con/Str.

@rtma : I see now. EoTS then block while FotM is ramping up then DW to proc the rush buff, that's it?
I never tried a Dex primary SS build, I'm so used to be comfortable with Con.

    @flowcyto : Nice alternative, thank you. :)
However I don't have the Adrenaline Rush heal proc anymore which sounded good... or is it that bad?
If so, would it be a bad alternative to switch Vindicator for Arbiter and to get the Arbiter Mastery (1% max health from combo finisher) ?
I think for the last power, I'll stick to Storm's Harvest. It's a nice root+disorient power.

Con PSS is still good for the build; I was just showing another option to take it- lower dodge, no adren rush, and slightly less maxHP, but higher dps/threat, defense, and offense.

I'd def keep Wardicator_Guardicator for the specs on a tank. Protector is the only other alternative I'd usually consider, but if ur using Con PSS already then I find that also taking Protector to be a bit too much of a dps hit when combined. Also, if ur using Str PSS's Juggernaut, ya want even more Defense and Offense from the TBD/AS loop from Wardicator. Protector is still fine if ya want to prioritize heavy Active Defense use the most, though.

Storm's Harvest isn't usually worth a slot, imo, due to its lower dps than other melee attacks (like DW), and roots not lasting long under-fire. Disorient is okay as a debuff, though, so if ya want to keep it for the look/theme then go ahead.

I think I'll keep Con as my primary SS. I feel more comfortable with the passive energy return from Fuel my Fire and the heal on crits from Adrenaline Rush.
I'll probably keep Storm's Harvest too (it's a DB build afterall hehe) but i'll switch adv points into DW and Resurgence.
