Couple ideas about REWARDS for new endgame content

So, since some kind of new content can possibly be released, I want to suggest few things that would force players to massively farm for them exactly that content. Personally, I would highly consider getting that items myself.
Rocket Speed (Device):
Activate your high technological jet (or stealth) engine, which assist you to run at high speeds, while potentially leaving a contrail behind.
It grants Super Speed type power, when moving along the ground it plays Jetpack thrust GFX, if players wears jetpack. If player doesn't - it plays just its sound effect.
This item is supposed to work literally same way as Dark Speed. I.e. have extra 2 travel powers of choice and economy 2 AP on ranking it. So when you're level 40, then you can choose between Dark Speed and this one, because currently Dark Speed is only obtainable item (with Crafting Travel powers removed), that allows you have extra 2 AP. But Dark Speed don't match all of concepts well enough. It also causes black flames to cover your character's body on idle, and because of that I will definitely wish getting it on my main (and I think not me only).
Passive Regen Core (Defensive Mod):
This core causes you to regenerate N health points every second. It doesn't benefit from extra healing and can not crit. This core cannot be ranked up.
We have DUC offense core & dragon eyes utility mods. This one is supposed to help archetypes, that cannot heal by default, which with ranking to R3 their block replacers can help them solo some of content. Freeforms have other options to self heal, so that one possibly won't be as valuable for them (if can grant only ~=50 HP per second or so). Especially since it goes into Defense slot having that would reduce your HP or other defensive stat. l can see it have same price as DUC with comparable drop rates.
And also we can mention here glorious return of power replacers, which grant weapon costume unlocks (also make them wider, e.g. Frost Blaster Rifle can unlock a style for Gadgeteer Rifle weapon too). Just you can make them devices, instead of primary gear, just like ones from Legacy Device Kit. Additionally there is some stuff, that was dropping from Open Missions, like "Gadroon Mercenary Contract" or "Portable Robotic Factory", that can be very helpful for characters of certain theme (remember, that it has about 30 min cooldowns, so it won't be spammable), nevertheless a factory placed out of enemy's reach at boss fight can help a lot, providing constant robotic pet support, which great for technology theme too. Also something that resembles R.A.D. Sphere could potentially drop too, because one we have now works as Super Speed skin, and respectively consumes one TP and two AP. Having Dark Speed as only choice is kinda sad.

Now I wish Rocket Speed. We have Dark Speeds already, and since Rocket Speed used to be exactly same (& they can't used simultaneously) that would be great addition for sake of diversity. More diversity is always good. Now Dark Speed's only choice if you wish to maximize your toon. But its black flames cover appearance of character when it's active on idle, which isn't always good and appropriate. And we don't have normal tech-themed Speed power. I expect that being very popular & great overall. If it won't come in newly released expansion, then let it be saved for following.
