One thing I've never liked about buying hide outs (besides the fact that they don't feel finished) is that once you buy a certain type you don't get different version of that type for a discount. I've bought every kind of hide out now but I got no reason to shell out again for different furnishings or options.
In general, the difference between zero hideouts and one is large, between one and more than one is not, and variants on a single hideout type are even less relevant.

Exactly. I doubt I'd ever get a new hideout at this point, I have one of each type, but if there were a discount for the different styles then I might try some different options.
