Costume Creator tweak for Kaiserin to consider

Well, I see how all available hairs aren't locked by hats anymore. And also double hairs are available. Let's go further. In my opinion below mentioned bones should be available for all categories.

Head region:
Eye Accessory
Side Accessory
Top Accessory
Mouth Accessory
Collar

Upperbody region:
Neck
Emblem Front
Emblem Back
Shoulders
Back
Belt
Bracers
Arm Accessories

Loverbody region:
Hips Layer
Leg Accessory
Feet
Tail & Rear Accessories

All geometries placed within those bones SHOULD be available for ALL categories IMO.

And that's why: as I noticed once Warlord Bracer isn't available for Female characters under full shirt category because of that, being available for males. Also taking Full Shirt makes possible to use Bow Tie on Neck bone & kevlar vest at chest layer, while other way around Chest Wear neccessary to vest will lock bow tie out. Robotic aural enhancements aren't possible to add at most of hats. Holy God, even Shoulder Harness (Chest Wear) locks Emblem Front choose (smart CC doesn't allow wear backpacks with emblemed shirt technically)!

And there are hundreds of examples of those. So I think it would be easier to just put all flags on onto geometries placed under aforementioned bones, than deal with all of those inconsistences separately.

On the long run I would suggest put a magic button "Hide and remove inconsistent geometries" next to "Hide and remove unowned costume parts". That would be switched on by default & warn player that he could get creepy superclipper outfit if he switches it off. If it is switched off, CC wouldn't verify category matching & respectively show all geometries available for all the bones, but that's another idea.
