It is frankly ridiculous that disconnecting ends the device, especially when the server is liable to drop you for no reason whatsoever. And especially because each play costs 1k guardian tokens, which is not cheap for anyone that doesn't want to spend hours a day farming tokens.

I have little faith a GM will ever respond to the ticket I filed. If they can't just maintain the device for the appropriate amount of time *disconnect or no*, they should instantly refund the 1k guardian tokens when the server drops you while the device is active. Yes even for the daily free play for subs - you should get to play what you've paid for regardless, and 1k tokens will let you rebuy the device to play again.

As it is, i'm not going to complete my SV mission today, because it is so terribly designed that it generally takes me two plays, and my second play just got cut off. (And i'm not farming an extra 1k tokens because of this. I hate playing onslaught as a hero right now enough as it is).

10kQ is also not particularly cheap. Actually, I'm curious: have Q prices on the Exchange changed any? This has added a brand new Q sink, which you'd expect to have some effect.

Seems to be going down. And relatively, depends on how active you are. Most people that have been around are probably sitting on a stockpile of Q that really isn't doing anything.​​

You aren't seriously suggesting that losing 1k guardian tokens because Cryptic's server is terrible is okay because i can just spend Q on it, are you?

(Also, we don't all have gobs of unused Q sitting around to no purpose. I only have vigilante gear on one toon so far).

Clearly we do because the price for Zen is usually in the high 400s.
