Looks fine for the theme. I'd skip on Make It Count- the dmg bonus is in the passive/lowest layer and only works on blasts anyways.

I'd exchange Ego SS for Int SS, though, since ya need help w/ energy when using FC, and ur using MSA anyways (Str Mastery, while not great, works instead of Vind Mastery).
