I can't play

in Royal Quest
I get to the login page I hit login it takes me to the character page then a window pops up and saids some kind of an Error why is this?? Please help me I am new to this game..

    There's already a pretty long thread for this, a lot of people are having the same issue, myself included. As far as I am aware no solution has been brought forth as of yet.
