Bug Reports

I open the setting in game play time, changed it, confirm it, evrything and changes do get effect and works fine, then i quit the game. Start the game again and the settings are just back to default.
This have been consistent since under steam or arc. Before this was an installer we had to download and that worked. Now things have changed and some how this bug happened.
Im most certain the paths for saving the configuration settings in the config file or some dll responssible for this event either are incorrect or missing. I the user cant have access to it as the configs files are encrypted protected. So its out of my hands to look into it and fix myself.
Else the game works perfectly fine.
Now i have said the issue, even giving up some hints on where to look for. The question now is how raiderz's staff will respond to this. Will they look into it? will the issue be solved?
