  Yeah, i'm trying send a suport ticket for Neverwinter (xbox one plataform) but have no "technical suporte" category...
  
  Still waiting the fix issue...

  As an update, I tested this again for my specific issue (Warlock class quest - Pain and Suffering) and it is now resolved. My guess is that the shard maintenance yesterday cleared up whatever was causing the problem for that map/zone.
