Since there is nearly no reaction from support, I think the best way is to open a new Thread here for every Character that has fallen into the hole... Than, every single Player who got this error, should answer to that thread with some aknowledging answer, raising the Attentionlevel of support to at least something…

Still stuck and Patch Notes do not indicate any solution. Please fix it soon, i've spend a lot of bucks to Profession packs and can't advance! //regards

I got the same Problem, a Ticket is still unanswered. This Needs to be adressed very soon! I am stuck at Level 5 and my Progressbar says 1200XP
