This issue has been going on way to long!I’m stuck with multiple artifacts and gear unable to upgrade. I sent in a ticket and they replied wth a wiki link on refining artifacts lmao. I won’t even start wth the tong BS!

I run a power, recovery build on my combat HR. Also I run Feytouch, wth points in throw caution feat instead of gambit. An ohgmas token is a must in this new meta, between the oppressors and stun TRs. W1CKED@EVISCERATE

As an HR I've jump straffed forever, a moving target is always harder to track. That's pvp 101 in any game.

Pallys negate piercing wth binding oath, I believe it's getting changed to temp hp though. That's what I was to do. DCs are another astral shield Op, u can boar charge then out of it. But they will just slide away. Everything else it's open season! If u can land at will wth flurry up, well it's GG.

We've been getting locked out of the game completely, for hrs. So far it's when I que up for something,it seems to b getting worse though.

I stopped using my rod a long time ago, all well geared player use elven LOL. I knew the imperial set was being used for the recovery, but I was thinking I'd be able to loose some arm pen due to piercing blades and add recovery if needed. Just wanted to confirm before 2x refinement was over. Thnx for the comments
