they need to change it because according to server analytics that track neverwinters daily population over time, when an older player gets bored, there is no newer player taking it place. the population is declining, by thousands over the last year just from the source i checked, it could be more. their may be new players…

the refinement grind stretches out your time spent in a game with very little real content too. if it we not for refinement they would actually have to develop expansive endgame content. they would need a proper endgame "progression" to keep people busy. a do this in order to x system, instead of grind my refinement stones…

EA is a publisher, they don't make games per say they market them.
