This happens very often: I open the arcane coffer and click "Take all". Then I check my inventory and see that I didn't receive any items.... Seriously Cryptic, this needs to fixed ASAP!!
Several times I'm not getting my item. I clicked "take item". The chest closes. Then, when I check my inventory, the item isn't there. Extremely frustrating...
I think it's a good thing for the game that the blue marks are so rare and valuable. It means you can get very valuable items from opening skill nodes while doing dailies in Sharandar, Dread Ring etc. Before mod 2 the skill nodes would always give you items of very low value. Now it's more exciting to open the skill nodes.
PVP is a total cheese-fest with the premades and the GWFs. And that would be ok if it was like before mod 2 when there wasn't anything really valuable to gain from playing it. Premade guild teams ruin PVP. Why on earth would random PUGs want to stay and play against these teams? PVP-matches are only fun when they start on as equal terms as possible. Random PUGs vs random PUGs are often pretty equal, with some players being badly equipped, some well equipped and in sum average/mediocre teams.
I've never seen a TR use smoke powder in PVP. TRs usually play some combination of ITC, Lashing Blade, Impact Shot, Shadow Strike or Bait and Switch (stealth builds). GWF is definitely overpowered and needs to be balanced down if the developers wants PVP to be a balanced and serious part of the game.

Ok. How about the mages (if you know)? Are they using vorpal or plague fire enchantment(s)? Are they high on Charisma or Wisdom? I see they are controlling the field with freeze (Icy Terrain, CoI) and other control effects.

The Phoera companion is pretty nice together with Soulforged now, isn't it? +1000 regeneration and power 10 seconds on resurrection. And the Angel of Protection (On Resurrection: You are shielded for 10% of your total Hit Points).
It's just ridiculous how overpowered vorpal is.It's just a question of when (and not if) it will be nerfed if the devs care one bit about game balance.
Dualist's Flury isn't that good in PVP IMO, because targets move around too much for it to be effective. DF requires enemies to stand still. I prefer Sly Flourish (and Cloud of Steel) for PVP. You swing much faster with Sly Flourish so your able to hit them before they move away. DF is excellent for PVE however.
For max crowd control I use both Icy Terrain AND Shard. CoI in mastery slot + IT + ST + SotEA. And Chilling Cloud as the at will off course. Sudden Storm don't do much for crowd control so I drop that.
Ha ha pooof :) I'm trying to kill some redcaps with these new spells and it takes a very long time. The damage is very low even though they give no crowd control... These spells are incredibly weak. As mentioned before the visual effects are totally unimpressive.

Did you consider getting the best weapon, the Fomorian Fabled Orb, before you get an expensive weapon enchantment to put on it? I think you can get the ingredients for around 1,5 million now. You would need to find the Fomorian Fabled Talisman too (if you haven't already).
