I don't believe so. Have the person/friend put up an item in the AH that no one will buy and have them set a buyout price of what you're trying to give them. The one in Protector's Enclave is a daily that will give you Blessed Gift of the Gods. The other is called Gift of the Gods, and you'll get them from completing challenges that drop from enemies that are within 7 levels of your level. I assume that feeder = artifact that you'll use to refine into your target artifact. Sounds like they're saying you want 4 artifacts at level 59 for the most optimal results, but I'm not sure what blanks are. Try going to Knox in the Protector's Enclave to get the beginning quests to areas.

This. I got power leveled by my buddies and was confused as well, but I think it's actually any combination of three beginning quest lines. Make sure you go back and do the quests to get the extra bags in the beginning too if you did get power leveled

I've heard there are 2 or so that are worth using. I believe one gives you a good amount of power every 30 seconds or so. I wish I knew more! Sorry!

Sounds like you should get a group of people to talk to if you're getting this upset about PUGs. Get in a guild or something, I hate getting in a group with toxic people as yourself.

So far, my favorite memory has been seeing an Owlbear for the very first time. I don't think I can even begin to explain how hard I laughed. I honestly can't tell you what it is about an owl and a bear combined into one animal, but Zeus almighty is it hilarious!
