This is not something they take into account, they do maintenance at this time EVERY THURSDAY, EVERY WEEK. The only thing I can foresee that MAY make them not do their weekly maintenance at this time is if some major holiday occurs in the United States, where the game is based. Ok thanks, that makes a heck of a lot more sense than getting Black Ice back. So essentially having Tier 3 gear to start, while nice to have, is not necessary since you can charge it up to that level anyhow. Thanks for the feedback! -Shin

I don't think I have waited more than 10 seconds from the time I queue to the time the Join Party window pops up, and I am fine with that. My last run had FOUR level 60 Control Wizards and 1 Trickster Rogue. Was the fastest run I have been in so far :) -Shin
