I think this is becouse your outgoing heal is not 0 and this one gets added on top of that, since you already have 54% outgoing healing i think the actual bonus will be something like 7.5/(100+54)
It's been quite long. The solution is even very simple, just delete the companions and provide a new account binded pack per each deleted companion. Sadly it won't work, since you already have the companion active it will not let you activate a new one
