So, I clicked on the boxes and the store page opened up, I bought the keys (free) and opened the boxes, but the objective to buy keys in the zen store is still there, so a somewhat different problem. Now after 3 emails, I am being asked for a screen shot of the quest objectives.

Well, that was worth a try. But, no dice. I already "bought" the keys, so they are no longer available to that toon...

I suspect the fact that rather than opening the zen store and buying the keys, I clicked on the chests and the zen store window popped up and I bought them that way, no sure that is it, but bugs will be bugs...

Guess you haven't leveled a new toon since the update. And why are you telling me something that I already know. I don't think my description would be confusing to anyone who has started a new toon after the update.

Seems like no matter what they do, bringing the servers down and up again takes at least an hour or so, 2 hours gives them some leeway if things don't go smoothly. the time isn't a big issue, it's the number of them and what seems to be a recurring theme of having a maintenance one day and another one the next day...…

I managed to complete the 5 rounds on my 27K IL rogue 2 res scrolls and a lot of potions. Hell Pit is complete garbage. I can't make it past round 1 on my Control Wiz 36K IL. Not fun, not challenging, not at all anything that I will waste my time trying to do. Thanks so much Devs. Do you even play your own game, for sure you like to Troll us, good on you, this is awesome Troll content.

Seriously? ARC sells a "race pack" that doesn't include the race? Wow, starting to really wonder why I laid out so much money in the last month to play this game. Definitely not happy at all....
