It's a system that is really simple enough: Need - Item is needed for an upgrade, marginal or not Greed - I'm gonna sell this item And the dungeon took, what, 30 minutes? You're upset you lost 30 minutes of time potentially making new friends, or helping out your fellow man? Shame on you.

You're assumption that I'm a bad teammate is wrong. If I get an item I need, I thank my group immediately. And I'm always one of the first to tell my group "Good job, thanks for the group/items." This is the dumbest line I've ever heard. And I've heard/said some doozies. Just cause I need the item doesn't mean in ANY shape or form I got carried. Again, it's not about who did most. The item might be only a marginal upgrade, but it's still an upgrade.

Kicking people who clicked NEED on items that they will use defeats the whole NBG process. If you're running a dungeon for loot, that's your deal. If I'm running it for gear, thats mine. You can't be upset if you don't get it. Seriously. And the fact that I can't roll NEED on an item my class can't use is completely…
