The solution is to not run old content, too much effort, no reward. Are we going to get new content to replace these obsolete stuff? Or is there nothing to do in the game other than recycle ad from the zax and collect your daily keys?
That ToMM video is a bad example, sure, with a group of uber-experienced Zariel completed, you can run with out healers. Even then, the team was mostly arbiters and stones were used. But a lot of the player base still haven’t completed ToMM.
A bit of both. The marking mechanic is poorly done, you can’t even see the mark half of the time when zoomed out due to health bars blocking it. Targeting is a pain, mobs and your own allied can body block it and in 10 man content, it can just get completely lost. Also, people tend to move around a lot when they need…
I think you may have misunderstood, javelin is currently autopilot, it locks on to your target. OP wants to change it into a manual aiming AoE. Personally, I disagree, javelin is more smooth in it’s current state, since you don’t really need to aim it like you would with daunting light.
If you wanted to spend time with your friends, you would do so even if the content can be completed solo. MEs are a good example, perfectly doable alone, much faster in a group so most people group up.
We’re acting as if this is just a penalty to the person choosing to wear the boots. The healer works harder, uses more divinity and less of the healer’s attention and divinity is available for everyone else. Until we can have an ignore list that stops your from queueing with people, randoms are going to be hell.
Except clerics don’t have to heal in DnD anymore. War and tempest domain‘s abilities that are focused on self damage, light Domain is also a good choice. Divine soul Sorcerer and celestial warlock are competitive with clerics at healing. In 5E, in most circumstances, healing is the most efficient when done at 0 health.…
Is something going to be done to randoms to compensate for that? Because the chances of getting a second healer that is completely incompetent or AFK right now is higher than acceptable.
What are those numbers? Is it an inability to distinguish millions from hundred thousands? And we didn’t have a diversity problem before when DC DPS was so rare, that seeing two in a party would be a subject of discussion?
Sooth is uncomfortable to use and the animation needs to be reworked if they’re expecting it to be a staple. Raising your arm 20 degrees isn’t dynamic animation...
I don't think Neverwinter MMO (or any of the video games until referenced by a book or Greenwood) is canon, existing in Neverwinter MMO certainly doesn't make something canon.
I don’t think an official complete database exists, but the developers in the early mods did post a list of some of the NPC voices. https://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/neverwinter/#/discussion/comment/4131158
Because companions become more expensive to upgrade. 30% outgoing healing is comfortable for most random queues, with dps incoming healing at 0%. 40% needs you getting your companions to epics, 50% we’re looking at legendary. Healers aren’t all over healing you for 500k. That’s just limited encounters when they crit, with…
Not having incoming healing isn’t as much of an issue as having negative incoming healing. Because having enough outgoing healing to comfortably heal the former is relatively affordable. But the latter needs a bucket load of ad.
Codg is fine, the only problem is that there are too many inexperienced players in the game, and just a few of them can fail the run because they kill the skulls and jellos. Language barriers are an issue here. CR is a pain if you either don’t have a decent paladin healer or don’t have great dps. There’s a lot of mechanics…
Because hiring actual humans are too expensive so Cryptic uses a pseudo random number generator and a switch statement. If people buy enough zen, they will eventually upgrade to a neural network.
Cloaked ascendancy 2.0: Aboleth sovereignty still wants someone to open that far realm portal and tries to reclaim the fragmented key of stars. Also, Lukan is still alive in wizard Jail somewhere, how’s he doing? Since Neverember eventually gets around to getting the chasm sealed, what happens to scar company? Would they…
The release has already ended in shambles after 5 minutes, the servers got locked down. The dev let a serious reported bug go live, people exploited it, game servers close to avoid more exploits. This dumpster fire can only get worse if they fail to fix the bug after opening back up. But by not rolling back, they set a…
The game takes from 5th edition now, phasing out 4th. Dexterity may not be used for movement but it is used for initiative which is similar to the effects of movement speed since it’s a turn based game. Initiative determines who acts first in a fight, getting to the enemies first generally mean that you hit them first. The…
Actually, the part about dex giving movement and wizards wanting dex is relatively accurate. Dexterity bonus is counted in initiative and your armour class when not wearing heavy armour. For a wizard (generally, for best combat effect), Int tend to be the highest, then either Dex or Con as the next stat. Either way, dex is…
