The recent patches don't seems to have helped my FPS at all, but I found out something really weird when I ran the "/hidedevui 0" command. I'm not exactly sure what that mean. I tried running the "/budgets" command, but its not a recognized command, so I'm a bit lost now.

I don't think there is one, I was using EVGA Precision X in that screenshot. I got the game installed on Steam, so I just use the Steam overlay FPS display.

I've been testing some things and for some reason the game doesn't use all of my resources. Here is when I'm in the stronghold: Video Card: CPU: In some other zones, my GPU usage will sometime get to 55% but never more and I'll still only have something like 30 fps. CPU doesn't seems to go higher than ~50% for some reason.
