The Gateway is insecure. I lost my account due to it being hacked .. of course this hasn't been acknowledged as a problem. Prior to using it there was no problem with me ingame. So any app must be ultrasecure.

He meaning that he has been hacked due to shoddy practices with the Gateway. I have also been hacked and awaiting a reponse to return the account to me. If not it is chargeback time (and good riddance if they can't get their **** together!)

My account was hacked on Friday@9:02am due to insecurities in Gateway, with my email being changed WITHOUT my permission! There was no security regarding emailing my OLD email address to check if this change was valid. This is just crazy. I cannot access anything of my characters, even the Zen that I bought!

The ONLY solution they can put in is threefold. 1) Sort out security issues with the forum/gateway logins 2) Carry out a complete wipe (keep all real money bought ZEN) 3) Change ingame currency to something not compatible with previous exploiters AD THEN WIPE ! The ONLY solution is a complete wipe. Yes remember ALL the pre-bought real money for Zen stuff ... kill everything else.

My account was hacked on Friday. I've obviously had to create this alternate account to post here. I am VERY annoyed with PWI having such a shoddy system that ALLOWS a registered email to be changed without sanctioning it from the old email. I have raised a ticket and am awaiting a response. I have spent around $60 on this…
