OK I tried now one CPU core option (Troubleshooting->Multicore Rendering: off). So far so good, although too soon too say. Unfortunately game runs very slow for me in such mode. So I turned off different features and will observe and report. If you have some frequent problems - worth to try and let us know. This one option…

Same issue since yesterday. I am level 41 if it matters. I might have leveled either inside skirmish or between skirmishes. Maybe even from 39 to 40. Not sure now. Adding it just in case it helps to find a solution.

This should be documented somewhere *inside* the game. Or fixed to work with any enchant. Or cap set and described. Now it looks like a bug, cause you do something which is intuitive and it does not work. Or cost you AD to remove enchant and try again.
