Nobody has figured out how to use voice chat?

I purchased 2,500 Zen and still have yet to receive a free character slot. I actually used 500 Zen out of the 2,500 Zen to purchase two slots hoping that might trigger the free slot. I also spent 1,000 Zen on a one month VIP status but never received the points to raise my VIP to level 2 as it states I should have…
