Yea just saw this post and wanted to say that i made an alt about a day ago and upon leveling it to around 12 i was able to get the quest that leads into VotN. I abandoned it due to pretty obvious reasons for pre lvl 60-70 char but thought I should at least bring it to attention with someone else ;)

Alright I just got the patching to work. What I did was I went into my Task Manager and closed everything that had to do with Arc and NeverWinter then opened it back up. The patch started to download again and ended up finishing. I'm currently in the process of creating my Character so I know that it works, at least for…
