I contacted Verizon, had a new IP issued, reset my modem around 23 times to factory settings still experiencing the same issues. Thus is why I am "guessing" it's related to the bandwidth throttling issue that's going on right now ... all other games and internet services work perfectly. Only seems to be related to Cryptic…
