Why do you want +STR on a Paladin? My last experience/experiment was that, both tank and heal path get increased damage from INT (divine based attacks->magic damage). Have they changed it? What else would STR give for a Pala? I do understand DEX b/c of increased CritSev and MovSpeed.

Flaming, plaguefire and bilethorn WEs are still not taking RI into account. Flaming and Bile are useless compared to other WEs, Plague is a maybe but just b/c of the debuff. It was reported weeks ago and no fix. I am sad.
