Characters that have compled the underdark campaign(this is from before it converted to an adventure) that have not also completed the dwarven king storyline cant access Mantol Derith. It was changed at least 3 years ago, was like that when I started. When you use an artifact, it immediately removes 2 seconds of any powers currently on cooldown and then is done, no duration

@nitocris83 There are 2 rank 7 tasks in summer provisoning in the workshop to make grand summer feasts, however both of them require the old buff foods(sorbet with 10% power and accuracy, ect) that you can't obtain anymore. I reported this last year, but nothing was done, even tho updates were made to this event

Black Ice Warhorse dominant force is only 5000 power now, down from 10000. The 5000 is affected by bolster, so its 7000 at 40% bolster
