• Unsure, but is Perfect Balance (cleric arbiter feat) just not working anymore? I appreciate needing less stacks, but if it doesn't work, less stacks is pointless.

• Was having the same problem, so I downloaded it via Steam... and now the Arc Launcher works. Go figure.
