• I'm not at all disappointed with this news. Both Champions Online and Star Trek Online were rushed out long before they were in a fit state for release. Take as much time as you need and just do it right this time.

• That's my main concern. Cryptic completely failed to learn the lessons from Champions Online and made the exact same mistakes with STO so I really don't expect much of an improvement with NW. I'm willing to be pleasantly surprised but I'm not getting my hopes up.
