I understand that it should be challenging, but, if it is difficult to the point of you have to have a "great group doing everything perfectly", then it is TOO difficult. Loot system doesn't default back to normal screen after picking need/greed, stays in the controller reminder screen (where you push the two squares button, the one above D-pad), and you have to manually go back to normal. I did Charlithrax (twice) and Merothrax, no credit for completing the quest, but I did get the heroic encounter reward, so I got that going for me, which is nice.
