My last Eye was during the last double RP weekend, and it was used for refinement (nice surprise tho). It was my 4th or 5th in something like 6-700 runs. So it's definitively a rare drop.
This can only annoy players with tens of characters who don't have time to open the bags at once. You're abusing a system, don't expect the game to adapt ...
When I started playing mmorpg, back in the stoneage where they first appeared, I was a guild player. Even if fancy things like housing and the like did not exist yet, it was the only way to organize meaningful things with servers having only a few hundreds players. But now, almost a generation later, I've had my share of…
Whatever casual guilds might say, when someone joins, they are expected to be part of a community. You can't expect them to do nothing for the guild. And if the players joining are people you want to have in your communities, they will put efforts in helping those welcoming them anyway. Solo players joining a guild are not…
It's nice to see for once you're going for small changes and not game changing ones. Still, there, I'm not certain this will be enough to make the enchantment even remotely useful.
I have no intention to go for a solo guild. M7 seems to aim at average or big guilds. No way any solo player could compete. I was thinking about some mercenary system (PvP and/or PvE) or having the possibility to temporarily work for a guild or pay them to get boons or some (BiS) gear from their market.
I've been in guilds in prior mmorpgs (in more than 15 years playing the genre), but I did not join any in almost 2 years of NWO, I indeed never felt the need or urge to. And I must say I enjoy the freedom of solo play. I've been thinking about looking for a guild in preparation for M7, but I'm not convinced I will make the…
There's a little bug, but a bit of patience is all you need while waiting for its resolution (between 1 and 350 weeks I would say) : hit ctrl+i. Then wait a few secs until you see the window with invocation information flash. Then hit ctrl+i again. Wait a few seconds and you're done. good thing : it's only happening with…
Good to know, and of course you're welcome. I'm always a bit broke after those RP weekends. But the fact improvement is often noticeable is something I appreciate too.
"Old" mod5 artifact equipment have a required level of 60. "New" mod6 ones have a required level of 70. Mod7 ones have better bonuses, but they are not always equivalents (Lathander belts give different abilities bonuses for example). You could maybe try to aim for a set (cloak, belt and artifact).
This is a sad thread to read. As a fairly well but not overly stuffed GF avoiding bug exploiting, I certainly do not feel overpowered in domination. If anything, block could profit from less delay at activation and more stability when used as it sometimes falls without reason. And Into the Fray takes an encounter slot,…
With my main characters, I feel a slight increase in HP pool of mobs in DR and Sharandar areas (Powries need a bit more attention). But nothing like +50%. I can't really say I feel a difference in the damage they inflict either, it wasn't much before anyway. I haven't been elsewhere yet.
It took me a while, but I did not die with my OP. And the character was level 67 or 68 with blue and green gear. I don't think I ever died with my OP outside of dungeons anyway. Too bad it's such a boring class to play. And sure, this mission as an introductory and required one is a bit crazy : all dps classes starting the…
From my experience, he is easy to solo with a paladin at 1500 ilvl. And I have no problem soloing this boss with DC, GF or GWF at 2500-3500 ilvl. So I can't imagine 3 lvl 70 characters can't beat him.
I would say you have 2 possibilities : 1) Ask for help, make a group and kick his HAMSTER. 2) Concentrate on other campaigns, get better enchants and gear, and then come back and kick his HAMSTER.
It's a prestige mount, it's an epic one so it's worth a few hundred thousands AD, I hope it's BoP as its main utility is to show of. I'm sad seeing people saying it's not worth their time. As if you expected to be payed for playing the game ...
I've been PvPing a bit since the announcement of the event, after a pause since Mod3. And a good part of the matches I played were enjoyable (solo-queued).
Mod7 has potential. I'll wait to see more of it on Preview before getting excited (or not). And I've never felt like I should join a guild on NWO, this could change.
There is a 2.4+ million zen worth waiting list at the moment. So when you ask for 80 zen at 500, you are putting yourself right behind those 2.4+ million zen. You have to wait for all of them to be served before getting yours. It should take 3 or 4 days depending on the number of zen proposed by other players.
The tooltip of the Dread Ring Campaign Schedule (Campaigns window) is up to date. The change dates back from the start of Mod6 as indicated above. One other thing, the loot tables of the gauntlets have been changed with the most recent patch, but the gauntlets tooltips seem to be up to date.
Zerging in itself is bad behavior : it's boring and very different from how these HE should be enjoyed (where's the H. from HE gone ?). So why bother if some are trying to make the most of of this ? (I did not try doing this so no need to attack me on it).
My concern is that we are now having very abundant RP sources. Changing fundamental parts of the economy like this should be done little by little. This will crash the value of RP. What will have value then in game ? GMoP and a few zen shop items ? I don't think it's healthy in the end, but well ... Enjoy.
