• Actually it is not your computer .. it is not your fault .. Just they have terrible servers .. lots of laggs... especialy friday and weekends the game is almost unplayable ...your character is moving without you pushing W,S,A,D .... you are trying to land spells but your charcter actually never cast a spell even you push…

• Yes the launcher cant establish a connection to the server ... so after 5 to23 tries the launcher does to establish a connection .it failed all times and we took a error message that we can hit only OK button
