Haven't done much pvp, but of the matches I've played, I'd guess 5% of them have been good nail biting matches, the other 95% were roll or be rolled. Absolute garbage really, should at least try to match gear score within 2k =P I drop out within 2 minutes now, I don't care really anymore, some tard telling me to go fight…
Yeah I enjoyed that time Knox sent me to a zone to kill 10 x Oh I enjoyed it again when Knox sent me to another zone to kill 10 x Then then then!!! Wait! It blew me away when finally Knox sent me to a zone to kill 10 x I couldn't believe myself next, when... omfg.... Knox sent me to a zone to kill 10 x Then in the stunning…
The problem with the game is that it's a generic fantasy game right out of the generic fantasy game makers text book, with a forgotten realms logo plunked on the start screen and website. I'm actually mad and sad this/these companies got a hold of it. DDO at launch from 1-9 was and will be far more amazing and well put…
I always thought "True PvPers" were playing primarily for the purse, secondarily for the acclaim. Anyways, I'll farm the bots for some easy extra points, and just leave a match if I'm on their team. This is the 1st mmo I've played with such blatant(and many) bots in pvp though, even in the 60s bracket.
To the post above me, I think that they should allow free respecs at 20 40 and 60, by the time I hit 20 the 1st time my character was an absolute mess. By 40 you got a decent taste, and kinda know whats going on, and at 60 you should have a chance to fine tune your character.
If my DM gave my group the same quests as I have flopped through in my 58 lvls so far, his next session would have been solo, or there would have been some serious pvp going on in the gaming room. I have no 4e experience what so ever, but from what I've been hearing, that coupled with the most generic questing offered…
They stole one of the worst features of GW2, town clothing. Just give us vanity slots with our gear slots, no one wants "town clothes" Seems like I've had to post this in every mmo ive played for the last decade, then in the last year of its life they add it and get praise.
Sounds almost as exciting as the entire lvling process. The exact same fetch quests so far for me (56 levels worth) with the same map with different skins. They didn't even attempt to hide it or make it interesting, this is straight up plagiarized from the "How to make an mmo fetch quest" text book. This is why I was so…
How the heck could you promote such sleaze is beyond me. And I notice, everyone who has that $200 dollar pack is smashing down the p2w viscously. Not saying it is or isn't p2w, just an observation =)
So far from 1-26 1) Quest hubs and surrounding areas 2-4 minion mobs with one tougher mob (quite similar to swtor) 2) Quest(repeatable) Kill X of these mobs in the area (1) 3) Quest pick up item guarded by (1) 4) Quest pick up item of single slighter strongester mob after fighting past (1) Now for the "main" quest 1-4 +…
^ We have tools to make full on dungeons but cannot use them for our own home/base? I am at a loss at how this could not work in an "action mmo" that has every quest separately instanced.
For me the game just felt dated(my significant other asked me where that other dnd game was I played FIVE years ago, cause it looked better! true story). The animations were really stiff and some just odd. The character models were.....average at its very best. There is just no way I'm going to pour money into this,…
I totally call BS, it is absolutely about that, otherwise drow would be in at launch, and not a 60 day "exclusivity" thing. Throwing Drizzt in every ones face for TWO HUNDRED dollars is an absolute scam, and anyone who would argue with that would typically have their subscription status for games in their sigs. I find it…
