I think each quest has a (not obvious/hidden) Minimum character level. For example in the graveyard I had this problem twice in between quests. First time I was very close to lvl 24 and had ran out of quests. Killed trash for 15 mins and I had leveled up and the next quest was available. Happened again a few levels later.…

I too have experienced this, lvl 20 so far, and got Life Steal to about 50 in total......only 1's. On he positive side, it has made me modify my playstyle so the mobs stay the hell away from me! Killing them from distance without taking any damage has become my aim!

As of this weekend, we have around 30 people in the Neverwinter Online section of OSD. Sky's the limit, and some of our newer gamers are already getting to know folks from across all of our division. Awesome job so far everyone!
