• Happened to me as well, go back to your last area which was probably the Cemetery(?) you'll find a couple more in that area one which will lead you back to the city and then out again. Sorry at work and can't be more descriptive than that.

• Don't let him get to you - apparently he's sore about something and his meds have worn off. As for your problem have you checked out the FAQ's - had a similar problem and it was fixed at the last patch.
