IDK how about Frostburn but Frost works fine for me when i strike a foe/foes they are disabled for 4s. At pure rank in pve you got 35% chance with every attack to decrease deffence for 5s (idk how many it is but it increase my dmg for about 10%) and at transcendent that will also debuff targets dmg by 5%.
But if you look for the amount of dmg debuffs every class have it`s not that scary. For example: DC: Break the Spirit 50% dmg debuff at 4th rank for 6s every 9-10s (1 target), Divine Glow 5% for each stack up to 3 (5 targets), feated Brand of the sun 5% GF: Protector cap stone up to 20%, Tactician feat Surging Tide 10% SW:…
BUG - feat "Prism" used on 2+ OP`s at same time Effect similar to previous bug with Prism and Bond of Virtue. When 2 OP`s or more activate Prism feat any received healing start infinite loop. Screens:
