I haven't seen confirmation in here about this but does Bloodlust(twisted weapon bonus) effect ITF? Also do hits from KV stack Bloodlust?

Yea it was, this is the first game that I've found that feels even close to it, with the HE's being reminiscent of named spawns. It's much more casual, but I don't have time for that much of a time sink anymore anyway.

Yep goat, and don't forget the XP debt from deaths, that was crushing. I've found this much more tolerable when you just temper the expectations and don't expect a level every time you go to turn in some quests.

Question on your guys play time, I know I've kicked the tires on you before but now that I'm nearing 70 it's time to get serious! Do you guys have people that play earlier? 10pm PST is midnight for me and I almost never play that late. At least not on a school(work) night. Would I miss out on a lot of things that happen…

Besides ensuring you grab quests that have similar targets so you're being as efficient as possible, not really. It honestly makes it better to sort of view it through a different lense. 60-70 might take close to as long as 1-60 took.
