Have you all checked the obvious option your accounts have been compromised? I doubt anyone would only take some and not all, but I would make double sure my account was secure with a new password and maybe even email. Not to make light of this possibly being a bug though.

Would like to add that I am experiencing this as well. Every other item appears to be collected, however, I do not see my rough astral diamonds change upon login to the game,nor do I see my astral diamond count change. I have made note of what the amounts should be prior to login too. Certainly a bug that needs addressing…

You can also bind this to an unused key. I use the zero number for mine, but you can replace that with whatever you see fit. /bind 0 "/gotocharacterselect"
