blasting bound

I just got a horn of blasting from the chest in lol y can't I trade it I'm a tank I don't need is this a bug yes or no ?

    Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but anything from a chest is bound. The horns you see on AH are boss drops.

    Ever time I fine a belt or art from chest I can trade it

    item drops from boss = boe(bind on equip) = can be sold, moved to other toon
    or
    item is in chest = bop(bind on pickup) = cannot be sold nor moved to other toon. This is for both chests.

    My horn dropped from boss but I haven't made up my mind on selling or not. Today one sold for 6mil in AH

    Anyway, hope that answered your question.

    This isn't' always true as artifact belts and other artifacts (waters, realms, lantern) are BoE when you get them from the chest. However, yes the Horn of Blasting is BoP when it comes from the chest it's how my DC got his :)

    This. You play currently PC Mod 5. In Mod 5 the horn was unbound as a boss drop and bound from the chests. Seems to be the same way on X-box.

    BTW, this is why my DC got his, too.
    Chars: CW, DC, GF, GWF, HR and TR.
